	* search.pl: updated to allow for a repeat query without returning to
	search.html
	* search.html: added to this and to search.pl the options to limit the
	number of results and order them in reverse
	* index.html: now links to a list of "Recent" entries as search.pl with
	limit 10, reverse order
	* upload.html: typo fixes and a bit more information to get people to tag
	better
